A little over a year ago, I purchased about 20 scents from this company. About 1/2 of them had this funky plastic smell OOB and I refused to even try them in CP.

My soaping notes say:
Moonlit Path is pretty accurate to Bath and Body Works, but fades starting at 2 months.
Cranberry Chutney lots of cinnamon . At 4 months, just smells like cinnamon, no cranberry.
Banana Crème Discolors very BROWN. Not very banana, more creme.
Apple Jack & Peel FADED by the 4 month mark.
Apple Cider - really liked this one. It lasted over 6 months. However, the MUR is 4.17% and I didn't know that when I made the soap. I probably soaped the fragrance at 5 - 6%

Cappucino - chocolate discolor. Starts fading around 4 months.

My favs were:
Cherry Almond - STRONG scent - Just like Jergens MUR is 6.76% scent held at least 6 months

Heavenly - Light Scent, reminds me of caress soap - MUS is 6.78% scent held at least 6 months

Bayberry - GREAT Bayberry - Medium Scent - MUR is 6.00% . Scent held at least 6 months

IS there a fragrance from VCS that you would recommend for use in CP? Something that will make it to at least the 6 month mark?

Love Spell from them sticks, does not accelerate trace. I wrap all my soaps after 4 weeks but the end pieces I leave laying bare on a shelf to smell every so often, it shows no sign of losing scent right now. It's at 4 months.
