Vanilla Stabilizer in FO blends?

A couple questions about vanilla stabilizer. Hope this gets answered quickly!

One, does the stabilizer count towards the total amount of FO that can be in a soap?

And another... If I"m making a custom blend of scents using a couple different FOs and one has vanillin and the other doesn't... Do I add as much stabilizer as the total amount, or just equal to the FO with vanillin in the blend?

No, I don't count the stabilizer in the total amount of fragrance oils. You just need to add stabilizer in ratio to the FO that contains vanillin.
