Tylose Substitute(Soap Rheology Modifier)

Hi,
I'm searching for a substitute product for Tylose(cellulose based derivatives) which uses widely here for manufacturing detergent especially liquid soap.

Taylose is well known here and it's the dominant material for thickness soap and became very expensive.

I need another substitute material which could used safely in detergent industry

Ooh - can Tylose be used for thickening soap? I'm afraid I don't have an answer to your question but I'm very interested to learn if this is a reasonable use for it since I have some left over from a sugar related project, and some soap in need of thickening.
