I have made 2 batches of soap thus far and YAY they both have turned out pretty good. All I have available to myself right now are EVOO, Coconut Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. How does this look?

Almond Oil 25%
Coconut Oil 45%
Olive Oil 30%

I ran in through the SaopCalc and it looks good but being new ...You always have doubts! :?

It looks like it's going to be very cleansing. With a 30 on the cleansing scale, that would be pretty drying on my skin.

Cleansing relates to how much oils are grabbed by the soap. So a very high cleansing soap recipe would end up taking our skin's natural oils as well. So for cleansing, you'd want to stay in between 12-22 as much as you can.

I think I would do this instead:

Olive 45%
Coconut 30%
Almond 25%
33% Water Discount
7% Superfat

I like a higher water discount on high Olive recipes so they firm up a little faster.
If you keep your original ratios, I would use an 8%+ superfat to counter the high cleansing factor.
