Transparent Soap

Do any of you guys do transparent "glycerin" soap? Is it difficult?

yes. mine is remeltable, so i guess you can call it mp. i also sell mp bases, coz that thing is scarce around here. it's basically hp with the addition of solvents (alcohol/pg, glycerin, sorbitol).

hard? nope.

I find it can be more difficult and more time consuming than cp or hp. Unless i am pouring simple embeds. mp has it's own different set of challenges.

I don't think so, some oils are more transparent than others. I think there is a chart somewhere, if I can find it I will link to it.

I thought I read here somewhere that someone uses all their scraps and makes transparent soap with it. They heat and mix in alcohol. I am sure I am missing steps, I tried to find the post and had no success.
