Transparent glycerin soap

So I "tried" to make transparent soap last night and it wasn't transparent. I used the soaping 101 recipe and I couldn't get it clear. I followed the recipe and it didn't not turn out the way I wanted it. Anyone have another recipe or some suggestions?

Her recipe makes what I call translucent glycerin soap. It is easy and melts well.

Luckyduke, how clear did your soap turn out? I've been researching, getting ready to try making my first batch of translucent soap, hopefully later this week. From the troubleshooting part of Failor's transparent soap book if your test sample is cloudy you can add additional small amounts of sugar water, alcohol, or glycerin. Of course, too much of those solvents can make it cloudy, too. Apparently, the window of the perfect soap is fairly narrow.

I've already looked at Bonnie's recipe. I'm not looking for remeltable soap, I was trying to make a regular transparent soap. I tried Cathy's at soaping101, it didnt turn out too well.
