I rebatched in my crockpot this weekend, but I think I added too much milk. The bars are a little on the soft side. Will they harden up in time?

They may or may not. If they feel rubbery I would recommend rebatching again without adding any additional fluids. When they are seriously oversaturated with fluids if they do dry enough to be hard they collapse in on itself and although it is soap, it's not very pretty.

Cheers

I just checked them and they are just a little softer than my regular bars. I just wasn't sure if milk evaporates the same way water does while curing.
Thanks for you help!!

it should evaporate albeit slowly. Your bars may end up kinda an odd shape - it'll be an adventure LOL

   I've had a couple that were truly odd - some got rebatched and others are for family use because they are a nice soap - just - well - odd..... :?
