The reason I love T-storms so much is because when I was little girl, my mom would open the front door and close the entry door to the living room. She, my sister and I would sit in the front hall and watch the storm and she'd tell stories about how the Angels were bowling and someone knocked over their glass of water. Silly stuff like that. She'd also read books to us. But mostly it was just lots of sitting and hugging. For some strange reason, my sister is now terrified of T-storms. Me? I love them. They bring back one of the best memories of my childhood. This is my one regret over not having kids; sharing thunderstorm stories with them. It's just not the same with dogs...
