Ok, So sometimes I screw up when wraping my soap with the towel and the towel gets in the soap. I have a few towels with soap all over them. How do you guys wash your towels? Is it ok to just put them in the washer? Will the soap mess up my washer or suds all up and leak?? Do you use laundary soap too or just rinse and spin?

I hand wash them in the sink and let them air dry. I figure there is enough soap on the towel--it doesn't need any more.

I throw mine in the washer with the towel load and add less detergent .If you saved a pile of soap towels , you might not need to add detergent , I would just check the machine after it has been agitating (top loader) . Front loader I don't think I would add soap , with many soapy towels in the load, but that is just me .

Maybe I'll rinse them in the sink first then wash them in the wash. I have a front loader so I'll probally just rinse and spin........

I have washed my towels in the wash with other clothes, needless to say they all smell like lye soap, yuck!
