I'll start with the good, lavender-mint, swirled in a pvc mold. I am very happy with how it turned out.
The bad: I learnt that I need to be more patient with cutting as both soaps were too soft to cut, and have dents in them now. I forgot to scent the funel swirl one, it is now unscented cocoa as it has both cocoa butter and powder in it. I also learnt that making your own wire cutter is not that easy and should not be done with jewelry wire, a pencil and duct tape. It will break on you, and if you've never used one before your soaps will come out uneven. Good thing these are test batches!
The UGLY. All I have to say is WTF! This is the last time I just use cling wrap, or alcohol spray... I tried both for over kill. I'm sticking with a cover, and leaving it to fate.
