I just wanted to let you know that I had a really bad experience with Peak Candle customer service. I ordered some fragrances from them. I was wondering if anyone else has had bad experiences with them.
Without boring you with a long string of details, I'll just tell you that it was a very bad experience and when I wrote to the owner of the company, I didn't get a response (I emailed and hard copy mailed a letter). I've never in my life dealt with a company who didn't respond to a letter of complaint. I'm thinking that perhaps my letter was intercepted by the very customer service person who I had a problem with, but I can't be sure.
Anyhow, please do chime in. I'm very curious as to whether this is just how they operate or my bad luck. I love some of their fragrances, so this is very disappointing for me. Thanks!
