Just join a group like Flickr http://www.flickr.com/ and post your pictures there.

Once that's done click on your picture.
Select the 'all sizes' button.
Highlight option #2 for the URL (unfortunately #1 doesn't work)
Copy and paste it into your forum message! Done!
