Tallow Question

I want to make a recipe with ground coffee and it asks for Tallow...I don't have any tallow so what can I put in replace the tallow???....or can I just leave the tallow out???....
Here's the recipe:
16.15 Oz. -- Coconut Oil
16.15 Oz. -- Tallow
10.76 Oz. -- Olive Oil
3 tbsp -- Ground Coffee
14.56 Oz. -- Water
6.24 Oz. -- Lye
3.00 Oz. -- Fragrance Oil

Could I put Palm Oil in place of Tallow???

Yes you can use palm, vegtable shortening or lard. Make sure you run the new recipe threw a lye calculator to get the right amount of lye and water to use with your oils.
