tacky/sticky

I'm looking to make a product that will leave a sticky/tacky feel on the hands. I know most people don't want the stickynes s but I find it helpful. I love having soft hands but hate that it leaves them slippy. Any advice would be appreciated.

Maybe include more oils that don't absorb quickly, such as cocoa butter? Maybe more beeswax?

I find almond oil and hemp oil absorb so quickly that I can snap my fingers after using them. No slippy feeling. Don't know if that helps. :/

glycerin and gum if used at a high enough % will be sticky/tacky.
