Supplier in South Carolina

Hi! I'm looking for the name of a supplier in South Carolina. They carry fragrances, oils and everything else needed for soapmaking. I'm within driving distance (east Ga.) of this company and would love to save shipping costs. Years ago I made soap and I found this company on line but can't remember the name for the life of me! They are in southwest South Carolina. If anyone is familiar with them do you have any feed back?

Do most of you soapers use fragrance oils instead of essential oils? Do you find the scent of fragrance oils to be fairly true? Any favorite suppliers? Any to stay away from? Thanks
