Superfatting.... some questions

There is a possibility that a higher SF could potentially cause issues with DOS. However, if you are using relatively stable oils with a good shelf life I wouldn't think you would have a problem. Too high of a superfat could also interfere with bubbleage. I would do a smaller batch and see how you like it.
 
I agree with Shunt. Too high of a SF cuts bubbles and might be an eventual trigger for DOS. I also think high SF makes soap softer, so it's harder to unmold and cut and takes longer to really harden during cure.
