Sunflower Lecithin in Bath Bombs

Thanks much. I'm so excited to try this. Do I need to dissolve the lecithin in water or oils before adding as it is very gummy?

i put my oil and lecithin liquid and warm them up in the microwave then whisk til they blend , dont add water to it .
