Sugar scrub cubes

I came across a post/ reel (IG, TikTok, Facebook not sure which) showing sugar scrub cubes with the consistency of marshmallow Fluff once you cracked the sugar coating. They were foaming type as well. Most recipes I see use m&p as the base, but don't have the same consistency. Any thoughts where to find a recipe or what might give that look and feel? TIA

Yes, DIY Bath & Body Shop has a recipe for this. They sell their recipes on Etsy. They also offer many free recipes in their FB group, although some of the free stuff does require using one of their paid recipes as a base.
