I started a soap team on sparkpeople if anyone is on there. What is spark people? It is a wonderful free website if you want to lose weight. There are probally hundreds of teams for everything. There is a soap team but it is for candelers and seems very inactive. So I thought it would start one of my own there. So check it out if you want to lose weight, get fit or just be healthy. It is a little overwhelming at first lots of good things on there. It's kinda like fb where you can add friends, write a blog, food journals, fitness journals and of course the teams. I have just joined, anything l can do to help me with my weight loss would be great .I was in the process of making my own sparkle page when my modem started to play up so l will go back now and have another go
