Solid Shampoo Bars

Hi folks.

I'm trying to find a really good, palm oil free recipe for solid shampoo bars but I'm struggling a bit.

Does anyone have any tried and test recipes they wouldn't mind sharing?

Go to the regular soaping forum and do a search for Lindy's shampoo soap. Its a great recipe but its high in iodine so it can develop DOS. I played around with it and switched out the soybean for grapeseed. Lowered the avocado to 20% and added 10% coconut oil. That helped lower the iodine and I wanted a bit of CO for shiny hair. Its the recipe I have been using lately and I love it.
