I see that SM 3 is useful for lotions and soaps. How is it for lip products. I am staging my case for getting the program.

I use it for everything. Lips, scrubs, lotions, etc... It's my very favorite, most used soaping tool. Worth twice (or more) what I paid.

It's not really a splurge, once you have it you'll wonder how you ever got along before.

I def agree, and I m one to not spend any money on anything but the essentials... I deemed this program essential to my business... Its like quickbooks for soap/lotion/B&B etc ...makers

(I swear I dont work for Woodi...lol)

I think the one thing I love the most over all is the ability to see how much I spend on each batch, each bar or each lip balm etc... so I know how to calculate costs down to per gram of oil.... Thats right... I know how much I pay per gram of olive oil lol

(anyone else notice Ive been liking the italics button lately?)

I'm just a hobby soaper but Love this program :D

I use it to keep a copy of all my recipes, convert weights and percentages, check what ingredients I have to play with - including packaging, how old what I make is, how much it cost to make, where I bought a specific ingredient from ..

And if that's not enough to show how useful it is, there's also a graph that can compare something like 8 different (soap) recipe for a visual reference of the qualities ..

And no I don't get a commission either

I WISH I did lol that would be kickass
