I always had really good service and products from Southern Soapers, and this is my first time ordering since the name changed.
I ordered a couple of expensive FOs on the 14th. My account says it shipped on the 17th, but I have not received it. I'm only an hour from their store, so it couldn't have taken long to get here.
I've left email and voicemail but haven't gotten a response. Don't want to lose almost $60 for two FOs!
Anyone have any information? I've known Kelly to be professional, reliable, and to have excellent products. Starting to worry that something might be wrong Any insights appreciated!
