Does anybody know you're supposed to get the lid off Stephensons 2 lb. soap?

There is a snap off tab that you pull to disengage the lid.

lol!! I can usually get the lid off ok but then have real trouble getting it out of the tub and usually end up having to cut up the tub!! Hope you got it off ok

I use this tool to get the lid off my bulk tubs and buckets.

Thanks everybody. I just stabbed a hole in the middle of it. The suction released and the lid came off! I can't remember what I did to get the soap out, but it seems to me it came out fairly easily.

There's a wee tab you snap off then lift - but it's very awkward to do. I need my hubby to get the soap out - if he's out then it involves a huge breadknife and a lot of swearing. The cat clears out!
