Soap that smells like dirt

This weekend I went to a craft show and saw some soap there that they were calling "hunter's soap". It smelled just like the dark dirt under a pine tree. I read the label for a clue, but there was none.

Does anyone have a clue on what the EO or FO could have been? This stuff smelled super!

mmm... I miss the smell of clean new england dirt. Now I settle for the smell of salty toxic sand from all the old nuclear power plants that used to be here lol.

I buy mine from WSP. They also have a F/O called Fresh-Cut Grass. I like to do a lyered soap with Dirt on the bottom layer and Fresh-Cut Grass on the top. It's amazing how realistic it smells. I make them special for a friend who absolutely loves the smell of dirt and fresh-cut grass.

I've made fresh cut grass soap before with the shredded green soap for grass in a clear base, but adding a layer of dirt.....that's just an awesome idea! Would be very interesting to see (and smell!)

Dirt FO

Majestic Mountain Sage has an Earth FO that I use to make my Hunter's Soap. The children love the idea of bathing with "dirt" soap.
