That's pretty much what I was going to bang together when I got around to it. I'm thinking of scaling it down quite a bit- but roughly the same idea. I was going to go for about 10lbs of soap per shelf-- and build the shelves as I go.

Patty and I have just one small batch of soap drying-- and won't be selling, so I doubt we'd ever need more than a few shelves--- [famous last words]. But for anyone who has used that sort of shelving, any design suggestions? Or is it really as 'perfect' as it looks?

I'm seriously thinking about this one, and making my own trays. http://www.webstaurantstore.com/search/bun-pan-rack.html They ship unassembled, to save on shipping costs. I haven't had any luck finding a good used one in my area. Oh yeah, I forgot to say that I love that it's on wheels!

I'm hoping to talk hubby into making a rack that accommodates these trays so I can have them slide instead of stack. They are great for curing, but would also work for colorants, flat molds and small EO bottles.
