Soap labels

Sorry for all the newbie questions - just trying to get as much advice as i can!!

Anyone, one last questions (for now at least!): How do i make labels for my soaps on the computer? I'm assuming i'd have to use a program like microsoft word or photoshop or something. Does anyone have a label template i could use at least for reference?
