Hey Soapmommie,

Interesting. I get this:

The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.

So I guess the problem is on his end..

That's what I get too.

Maybe he needs to update his server or something?
(Can you tell I'm not exactly the technical kind?) Wink

He needs to increase his bandwidth with whomever he's using as a Web hoster or get a dedicated server!

You're right Cattleyabubbles, Soaphutch seems to do too good
but depending on your provider, buying more bandwith can be expensive.... and so is loosing customers cause your not acccesable. :?

It was not that he hasn't invested in customer service (i.e., bandwidth) but that he had a system crash. His web site is up and running with this message on the front page:

"SoapHutch is back and ready to build your perfect mold. Thank you to all for your patience and understanding.

We have upgraded all of our computer systems after a crash, so we may have missed some communications. If we haven't responded to a quote request or product inquiry, please drop us an email or call and we'll get you what you need. Coming soon! An all new SoapHutch website. Watch for it!"
