These can be found at hardware stores like Home Depot, right?

I'm talking about the wide blades with the handle on top.
 
I'm not sure if a crinkle cutter would be sold locally, but I got mine at brambleberry for 4 or 5 dollars I think!

also a wire cheese slicer is dandy! they have medium to large ones with a cutting board with an arm that comes down with a wire that cuts your brick of cheese into slices. they're not expensive either. i mounted a strip of 1/2' x 1/2' molding on the board as a guide to keep my cuts straight.

i cut my 2 .5" round soaps with one. works great. you can "google" wire cheese slicers to see what i mean.

any kitchen supply would carry this and crinkle cutters. :D
 
I couldn't find that type of cutter where I am, so I just used a regular wide putty knife; it worked alright but I think I should invest in one of those soon! :)
 
I love the wire garrote I made a couple weeks ago, it works really well on soaps that are still a bit on the soft side.
