Just to clarify @QuasiQuadrant I meant to spray the ACV on skin issues. It takes quite awhile (month or so) of spraying 3+ times per day, but one day, it will be gone. I had a mole on my chest that as I aged, started getting larger. ACV healed it and many other skin blemishes! You can't even tell where they were! It heals skin cancers on my body too! (and yes, I HAVE had multiple verified skin cancers removed by surgeries) This is not medical advice, just my experiences, ymmv.
Fair enough, and glad to hear that this is working for your skin cancers & that you are avoiding getting sliced & diced to remove them, but for anyone wishing to take apple cider vinegar internally (or using it externally, really):
1) Get the RAW, unfiltered stuff with the 'mother' in it; it looks cloudy or will have a layer of sediment on the bottom of the bottle - this is exactly as it should be. Glass packaging is always best.
2) Consider taking mineral supplements to offset minerals being flushed from the body when taking it internally on a regular basis.
I have been using vitamin A capsules on my skin the past few months. Interestingly, they work really well, without any of the side effects associated with retinol creams / serums / pharmaceutical products, which I used long ago. Great on dry patches of skin - which I am prone to around the nose, so I imagine it would be quite helpful to ease the scaly skin associated with eczema. Also great on things such as moles / birthmarks. My skin looks amazing, to be honest. More amazing than usual LOL
