I'm wicked excited about my first decent salt bar! Ice done them before but something always prevented me from being able to cut them soon enough so I finally planned my whole day around when I could cut my salt bars lol here is the pic.

Thanks! I love them too. I've been selling the 'ugly' ones to my friends for 3$ lol. They love them so I'm hoping they will like these even more.

Those turned out beautiful. I love salt bars. I've quit making them in loaves and use a divided slab mold. I hated having to plan my making time around those darn things. Now I just let it sit for about 1-2 hours and then slide out of the dividers and let them go to the cure rack.

I've tried everything in the past lol and I couldn't ever get them out without damaging them and then I never felt like I could sell them to people I didn't know so I had like 40 of them hangin out. I've been charging 3$ for them to friends which has worked out pretty well but I'm so glad I finally have some I can actually put on etsy and my fb in a couple months. Yay! The scent is eucalyptus and lemon eo with some Meyer lemon. Thank you everyone for the kudos!

Yay for you! I haven't even tried a salt bar because this house is too unpredictable. I would probably have to go on vacation to make them. I don't think there are vacations from your kids tho!
