You as a business owner are pretty lucky there are other business owners here to give you the much needed advice they gave. The only thing I can add is coming from consumer/ customer service rep experience- don't panic and stay levelheaded. I don't know the scape of your business' situation but it is clear you made a poor decision that was likely spurred on due to your supply being out of business right now. There are several suppliers listed on this site that could have and would have given you a much better product and customer service. They could have given you options that would have been conducive for you as far as order size. Next time you lose a supplier, please remember to check your resources first, check the business you want to order from thoroughly and ask around, if possible, to see if anyone has dealt with that business.
