Thanks. Seems fine. I have no idea why it didnt gel. I tested it too. No zap, lathers great, feels good (for fresh soap). Beats me! I'm gonna post pix in the gallery in about 3 seconds...

I have a TOG mini mold that, in its many uses, has never achieved a gel.

Personally, I have been converted to the "no gel religion" by soapbuddy....the colors stay truer, and the fragrance oils stay true and don't morph.

LOL at the "no gel religion" Mike , I am leaning that way too. It beats worrying about gel or partial gel etc.
