@AliOop I was part of that discussion and it was exhausting. I've found the rules in that challenge club to be... odd. (I'm usually asking a bunch of questions b/c I find them to be unclear as written but nitpicky in assessment).I did participate in the July Marble challenge with Soap Challenge Club. The most challenging part of it was finding an inspiration picture that looked like true geological marble, and then sticking closely to that. Turned out that the first one I chose was not considered geological marble by the geologists who were helping with that challenge, and I was asked to change my entry or move it to the non-competitive category. However, at the time of voting, I saw that someone else entered a soap based on that same marble; apparently the challenge leaders didn't catch it.
I'm not upset about that in the least (it's soap, and I wasn't in the running for any prizes, lol). But I do want to point out that determining what is true marble, and then policing all the entries to make sure they qualify, will add a significant amount of extra work for @earlene. She's in charge of the challenge, so if she's up for that, great. I would have no problem with whatever way she decides to go - but it probably should be clarified which way that is.

@Louise Taylor I believe you should be entry #16, and would be copy-and-pasting post #221. Catscankim have been wanting to try this technique

The banner at the top of the forum still says August challenge. Should it be September’s challenge? This is only the second one that I have entered, but i remember using the banner last month to find the thread quickly.
