I just got a shipment of lye from Essential Depot this morning. It's not quite as exciting as trying out new fragrances or additives, but it is necessary. Time to get busy!

I am so jealous of your new arrivals....I am saving for a motorcycle so soaping is on hold for a couple months...when I finally get back into it I know I will go crazy! Its been a toss up soaping or a motorcycle also choosing a mortorcycle for now means I don't have money to register for any of the craft fairs this year oh woe is me!

Hey! My husband's saving for a motorcycle, too! He has a friend whose father is selling his Honda Shadow for only $500. It sounds too good to be true. It's in great condition with low miles. Crazy, so he'll have that in a couple weeks at the most. : ) So, I still have room for soaping. : )

Soulsajam, if you have any health food stores near you, check them out for clays and whatnot, in the future.. There is a bulk/healthfood store in my town and in the they have a section with all kinds of bulk herbs, clays, etc. They have dried chamomile, calendula, lavender, peppermint and they had french red and greens, kaolin (french white) clay and even bentonite. I was pleasantly surprised.

That said I got a bunch of FO's yesterday too! Looking forward to making OMH soap with my new OMH scent tonight!

i have a whole foods and trader joes, but ive never seen that stuff there before. and i dont think they would really be any cheaper cuz whole foods tends to be super expensive over here.

Wooo hooo. Got my stuff. Lol i managed to catch the ups driver down the street from my house after i left to go to my gfs house. My gf was in the car and was like omg are yoyu going to harass the ups man? Haha. I soooo did and opened my package. At my gfs house i opened up my stuff and smelled the FO. It smells like a floral laundry detergent to me.

Nice. I have a small 6 bar slab mold on its way from Australia and ill be buying a bigger 18 bar slab mold soon. Cant wait swirl!

If of you have a Gordon Food Service (grocery store) near you, it is worth the trip. Olive oil pomace is $12 a gallon, cheapest I have found it. I love WSP, too.

sadly i dont lol. western ma doesnt have much of anything convenient. just Costco and maybe whole foods if they aren't outrageous like i think they will be
