Sealing your jars

I am making body butter and put it in 2 & 8 oz. containers. The 2 oz. jars come with a lid that has a built in seal. the 8 oz. jars do not. How do I seal these jars? Is there a type of tape I can use? I tried Washi but my son and his wife do not like it (they sell my products in their store so U work with their preferences). I think electrical tape will get gummy in hot weather.

What do you use?

I use shrink wrap seals on my lids, even if the lid has a seal.

I can’t find shrink-wrap bands big enough. The jar tops are 3.25” across and I have been unable to find shrink wrap bands that size.

Interestingly, I purchase my containers from Wholesale Supplies Plus so I contacted them and voiced my displeasure. I explained I had looked and had been unable to find the band I needed. I told them I even called to explore possibilities with Customer Service only to be told they did not carry a product to do what I needed. I have now put they recommended item in my shopping cart and will buy the bands next time I order.
