Any body can help me. I need perfume or scents in liquid detergent. No transportation here in my place to go in manila to buy scents. I can't find online.

Just been reading the above post and am a little confused, been making hand crafted soaps now for a few years have all the documentation for selling the soaps and complied with all the regulations , what is confusing me is the responsible person does it mean now we have to have a person who is living in the EU as a responsible person before we can sell the soaps in the EU, as we already have a responsible person named but they live in the UK, any help on this matter please.
