I was thinking of a white and green combo. I like the idea of using the apple rose and those colors. foresty scents might be good with just a green bar though, what is there other than pine? I haven't really paid much attn to those scents, what would be a good one that isn't real piney. for some reason with this color the scent needs to be special thanks guys!!

Cedar with lemongrass, litsea or orange EO. Cedar with lavender is nice too. Eucalyptus. A 'not floral' floral - Sambucus from Nurture is very nice.

I made some soap with cedar, orange and bergamot--love the scent but to me it doesn't say hunter green :) I know I am being weird. will have to check out the Sambucus--Nurture has some nice scents for sure

As well as the above suggestions, water/spa type scents also do well in green.

Also there's Irish tweed, grass/hay type scents, anything fresh and spring.
The possibilities are endless.

I'm not sure which scents you have, but I use a Siberian Fir Needle EO from New Directions Aromatics that I absolutely love. One of my favorite blends with it is 60% Siberian Fir Needle, 30% Rosemary, and 10% Spearmint, which I think would complement hunter green mica nicely.

It doesn't smell piney to me, rather it smells like the crisp air in a fir forest after a rain. I usually make it once a year in the fall and this year I named it "Steep in the Woods." The scent really sticks, too (I generally use this blend at a rate of 4% oil weight).

I was not a fan of cedar until I mixed it with orange and bergamot--its one of my nicer scents--didn't use a lot of cedar in it but it comes thru. funny how scents a person doesnt like can be turned into something a person really enjoys. for this green I do want it to be a deeper scent--if that makes sense

Here's a thought; if you are ordering some samples from Nurture anyway try Winter Wonderland. It is crisp, not too piney and behaves extremely well. It is my son's all time favorite, and I use it year round. It is not phthalate free, though, if that is a concern for you. I've also recently tried Frosted Birch and Juniper from WSP, and like it very much too.

If you want deeper - patchouli :)

will have to check out New Directions Aromatics, first time I have seen that name I believe. thanks

I get most of my EOs from NDA, as they have great prices and selection and I've generally been pleased with the quality. One thing to note is they have a $100 minimum order or they charge a service fee. I've never had troubles reaching the $100, as my biggest challenge is usually trying not to blow past it by too much. lol

Lemongrass, tea tree, cypress and black pepper with a hint of spearmint is what I used this green swirl soap, I just remembered now lol

First three are green to me.

Lemongrass with cedarwood and rosemary is also green to me, and also smells nice.
