Scent in M & P How long will it last.

Hi
I have tried seeing if this has been answered but was unable to find anything. I have been making M & P soaps for a few months now and was just wanting to know on average how long the scent will last before it goes (without using)

I need to make up some cupcakes, Biscuits, Chocolate cake and a strawberry cake for a festival that our community centre is holding and was wondering how far in advance it was to safely makes these without losing the scent in them.

Evert scent will last a diff amount of time. 2 scents from the same supplier will not even last the same amount of time. I have a bar I made 7 years ago I can still smell faint but was good & strong for 3-4 years. I have others that fade or mutate in 3-4 months. I personally would not make them up more than a month in advance. The fresher they are the stronget & csiaper your scents & colors will be.
