I made a batch with fresh basil FO and completely forgot this accelerates, plus it had coconut milk and salt added.
By the time I was smashing it in the mold, it was already solid and chunky. Forcing gel saved it and made all the chunks homogenize.
The FO is worth the trouble, should have been better prepared.
Oh, I also added the FO to the oils, whoops.
