SAP Values

I have 2 books on Soapmaking. One by Maria Nerius and one by Susan Cavitch. Both are very detailed. The Nerius book {1997} says the SAP Value of Beef Tallow is 0.140. The Susan Cavitch is 0.197. Which one is right ?

Soapcalc.com lists it as .143. That is just about where I've seen it at on most calculators.
ETA: Just looked at MMS Calculator and they list Tallow at .140.
