I've made the below face soap recipe a few times over the past year and have been generally satisfied with it. So far no rancidity from the first batch.

Palm oil - 25%
Coconut oil - 25%
Avocado oil - 15%
Olive oil - 10%
Grapeseed oil - 10%
Almond oil (sweet) - 10%
Castor oil - 5%
Cabernet sauvignon instead of water
15% SF
Oat flour
Lavender and tea tree eos

I started working with lard a few months ago, and discovered I love using it. I'm also getting the itch to experiment with different liquids. Any feedback on the below recipe is much appreciated. Let me know if it is too out there. Still debating on making it.

Olive oil - 30%
Lard - 25%
Avocado oil - 15%
Coconut oil - 15%
Grapeseed oil - 10%
Castor oil - 5%

For the liquid - Make homemade almond milk and freeze. Add my lye to that. Boil red wine to cook off alcohol. Add that at trace. Of course, I will discount the almond milk to allow for the wine.

It looks like a recipe with high conditioning value, and creamy, stable lather. The oat flour will help exfoliate and you have included healing and soothing essential oils.
