Most fruity scents are FOs (synthetic fragrance oils) because you can't make an EO out of watermelon, for example, that will smell like watermelon in the end product. Carebear pointed out what seems to be the exception, citrus EOs (essential oils). Even then, citrus EOs like to disappear from your soap very quickly! There are techniques to "anchor" them, but I haven't had much success.
I mostly prefer FOs because they are less expensive, carry many smells that you can't find in EOs, and they typically have more staying power. That said, with some experimentation, I'm sure you could find some EOs that scent your soap well. I am just too impatient! So I only scent a few of my soaps with EOs.
Are you asking for a soap recipe, or a scent recipe? You can use any soap recipe, and scent it as you please. If you want a good raspberry scent, I might go to wholesalesuppliesplus.com or brambleberry.com. You could buy some plain raspberry FOs, or a premade scent that has raspberry in it. Many sites list the "notes" in their FOs, so you can find one you think you will like. Many sites offer a copycat of B&BW sun ripened raspberry too.
Sorry if this was too much info, just wasn't totally sure of the question and hope that maybe you will find your answer in carebear's or my post!
