Quick fix for acne?

I haven't had acne problems at all since high school, but recently I've started breaking out on my forehead and chin. It wouldn't be a big deal, but I'm getting my picture taken for my company's website next week and I'd really like to clear up my face before then. Anyone have any miracle recipes/scrubs/cleansers/toners/lotions to help clear up acne?

A really quick fix is a dab of Tea Tree Oil. Other than that, why not just use some mineral foundation on the day?
