Quality numbers?

Can someone explain where the quality numbers come from? I have been reading over posts and I dont exactly understand them and what they mean. for example, Hardness-51,Conditioning-45 etc. Might make things a little easier for me to understand.

Those numbers come from www.soapcalc.net and give you an indication of how your soap will turn out.
