I want to make a pumpkin soap (have recipe) but need suggestions as to what I can use to sprinkle on top as decoration. I want to make the bars look like a desert. I'm thinking cinnamon?

GOTTA be careful with cinnamon and clove and the like. It can harm the sensitive bits. And some folks have sensitivities to those spices. You CAN you cocoa powder though. Yes, some are sensitive to chocolate, but much less than cinnamon. Look here...

:D

If you have a white"ish" soap, you could make fine curls (like white chocolate shavings) and sprinkle them on the still liquid soap (when it's in the mold) and gently press it in a little. Then maybe a smidge of nutmeg or cocoa powder sprinkle.
