My order from WSP came Friday, but I had my nephew all weekend (1yo!) so I haven't been able to try it out. I think I am going to SB it "to death" with my oil. So what is a good powder to oil ratio? 1tbsp per pound of oil?

I made my first batch of Gm soap today. I got the GM from the dairy section of Whole Foods . Wish I had a local farm to buy from. It will be interesting to try it out to compare to powdered. It was an easy process (lye to half water, let it cool, then added frozen GM a little at a time) and I only did a small batch because I wanted to try it out without ruining a lot of supplies. If I like the results I will use GM more often. Now that I checked that box on my bucket list what to try next ??? decisions, decisions LOL

Haven't tried beer or wine soap yet. My husband asked me yesterday if I was going to try making liquid soap. Since he's made me a wooden mold and bought me a soap cutter I think I have to put that higher up on my list hehehe
