I am looking for something I can keep inventory numbers in , use at the home store and also take to shows . I will need the ability to run credit cards and also print receipts! What is everyone using and would you buy again ?

Wondering who everyone is using for a pos and to take credit cards ? I will be using it at home for sales and also shows .
Thanks

I use Square, but I don't try to print receipts. I just use the plug-in insert for my phone. There are fees. So I would recommend you review those as part of your decision making.
It can be set up to track your inventory. They also track your sales, give you reports and deposit your funds directly into your account (net of fees).

I'm thinking about investing in a POS system, and Coffee Shop Manager seems like a solid option, but it's quite pricey! Has anyone had experiences, positive or negative, with other systems? I'm also looking for one that could potentially support a webcam for security purposes. Appreciate any insights you can share. Thanks!

I just use Square (just for record keeping purposes), or Zettle or something. Usually Zettle because it's business prices are really good but it doesn't allow me to just record "Venmo" as the sales location without actually having the charge go through venmo. You'd understand what I mean if you use both Square and Zettle. There are people who use Clover but I've heard most regret using it because it's more expensive than it seems. I've never heard of Coffee Shop Manager and it was designed for Coffee Shops rather than Bath and Body businesses. Honestly, the best one is Shopify for us but it's expensive. They even have options you can use at market. It's only worth it if you make enough to cover their charges.

I am not in the soap business (yet) but we use Loyverse in our bars and cannabis dispensaries. It works great and is very intuitive, minimal training required for staff and there are How-to videos on YouTube in several languages. I am not affiliated with them, just a relatively satisfied customer.
