Please need expert help in Transparent soap making

Please, I need help from an expert in making transparent soap. I am facing some issues and don't understand how much percentage of Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sugar, and Water (for the sugar solution) I should use based on the total weight of the CP soap. I want to make alcohol-free transparent soap. Please help me with this.
My main oil is
Palm oil
Coconut and castor
