I made calamansi soap yesterday, when i checked it today..my soap is still soap and having the liquid under the molder..what should i do?

*soft

Did you use calamansi juice or fragrance? It will be helpful for the experts if you post your recipe and method, kind of mold and gel or ungelled.

Here is a video from Soaping 101. She used 2 lemons in a cp batch...it never set up because the acid in the lemon juice neutralized the lye

Okay, I had to google calamansi to find out what it was. Without your entire recipe and process we can't give you a for sure answer but I would start with the fact that you can't use lemon juice in the soap. Too much acid.

Or if you do want to use citrus juice in the soap, you must add enough extra lye to react with the citric acid in the juice. If you don't add the extra lye, there will not be enough lye to react with your fats properly. I imagine this is what has happened.
