One thing about BB's fragerence calculator is it only lets you pick one fragerence to calculate, if you want to blend , you will need to experiment and do the math to decide how much of each fragerence you want. A good way to experiment is to use one drop of oil per part of fragerence, and soak it up on a qtip or cotton ball and drop it in a plastic baggie for awhile. It will give you an approximation of your blend.
So for example, if you want to blend the turkish mocha and vanilla, then two drops of mocha and one drop of vanilla, or two drops of each, to simulate your percentages of each oil. Then adjust as necassary.

Hi. Just hovering out here. When I made my goatsmilk/coffee soap last week, my intention was to call it "cafe au lait". I'm a bit disappointed. I used my basic 3 oil recipe then used 1/2 VERY STRONG coffee and 1/2 goatsmilk. I then used a vanilla scent that all but disappeared. Now my soap is pretty with almost no scent. I thought I was getting the hang of this soap making stuff. Guess it's back to the drawing board. Happy to read the coffee soap recipes here. Thanks.

What FO did you use for your soap? Some FOs do fade quickly but this seems to be really fast. I have noticed some scents seem to disappear in the beginning but come back during the cure. I don't know why this happens. Maybe the scent will come back as it cures if you used a good quality FO. Another thought I had is maybe your olfactory sense is on overload and you just can't smell it. I've had that happen numerous times. I can't smell the fragrance but someone else is able to smell it.

Hi, It is neat to hear someone else making the same thing at the same time. I think this Turkish Mocha fragrance oil from Brambleberry is really nice. I was worried at first because it smelled so bitter at first, but now it is a mellow coffee smell and very fragrant. I am not sure if it will get stronger or less strong. I hope your vanilla comes back, but if not you will have a goats milk coffee soap that is still really nice. Do you have goats?

Hi, I just made soap with this fragrance and goats milk few weeks ago and the fragrance is great :) I was a bit bummed about how dark the soap turned, but other than that it's great.
I did not used coffee for part of my liquid, just used distilled water + goat milk

Do you have any pictures?
